Carolyn Johnson, Executive Director
Carolyn graduated from Concordia University with a degree in Healthcare Administration and Management and an emphasis in Human Resources. She also holds additional certification from Wisconsin Assisted Living Association. Carolyn began her 30-year career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and served in various roles including an Assistant Director and Executive Director prior to joining the Encore Senior Living team in 2018.
Carolyn loves spending time with her family, traveling, and watching reality TV.
Emily Kenton, Director of Sales and Marketing
With over 10 years of experience serving seniors in various roles, Emily takes great pride in providing families and future residents with as much peace of mind and comfort as possible. Emily has been a part of the Encore family for the past three years and says, “Helping guide you and your family during one of life’s biggest and most challenging decisions is my greatest passion.”
Emily enjoys hosting events for family and friends and attending her ten-year-old son’s baseball and basketball games.
