New Information Center Opens for The Courtyard at Sussex

This summer marks the beginning of new opportunities for Sussex-area older adults who are looking to plan for the future. The new Courtyard at Sussex senior living development, which is currently under construction at the corner of Hickory Drive and Silver Spring, opened its interim Information Center. The public is invited to learn more at two Friday afternoon open houses held July 16 and July 30 from 2:30-4:30 at the new Information Center located at N64W24678 Main Street, Suite 4 in Sussex, just west of Sussex Bowl, or call and make an appointment.

Scheduled to welcome new residents in February of 2022, The Courtyard at Sussex senior living community will offer a comfortable and casual lifestyle, services, amenities and studio, one- and two-bedroom private apartment homes and support both independent and assisted living lifestyles with additional memory care options.

“The new Courtyard at Sussex will offer area residents a comfortable home, engaging lifestyle, and amenities and services galore, including a fitness center, movie theater, library and restaurant,” says Meredith Humphrey, Regional Vice President of Operations for the developer and manager, Encore Senior Living, and a long-time member of the Sussex community.
